Shipping Information
-The majority of our orders ship within 1-2 business days after they are placed. During our busy summer months & during the December holiday season, orders may take up to around 3 business days to ship.
-Please note that while we offer expedited shipping methods, orders with Overnight or 2-Day shipping will ship by the selected method on the day they ship. In other words, choosing Overnight delivery is not a guarantee of delivery the next business day after you place your order (it will be next day from the day it ships, which may be in 1-3 business days. Ground delivery is generally delivery within 1-5 business days, although Ground shipments are not guaranteed to be delivered within 5 days.
-The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS, although we do use Fedex and the United States Postal Service on occasion.
-You will be emailed the tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also obtain tracking information through the 'My Account" section on our site.
-In most cases, the carriers will leave the package at your address if you are not home. While we give carriers permission to leave packages without a signature in most cases, it is still up to the discretion of the carrier whether they leave the package. If the carrier feels like delivery may result in the package being stolen, or if there is bad weather, they may leave a door tag and reattempt delivery the following business day. Please contact us in the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit. In the case of the product arriving damaged, in most cases, you will want to contact the manufacturer for coverage under their warranty. We will be glad to provide you with contact information to manufacturers.
-If you order multiple products, it is possible that the products will ship separately from each other. While they will most often ship on the same day, it is possible for items to ship on separate days. You will receive separate tracking emails from us in that case.
-We are unfortunately unable to ship to P.O. boxes or FPO/APO military addresses. We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Order changes and cancellations
We will be glad to attempt to make changes to your order if the request is made prior to the item being printed and/or shipped. Please understand that since we process a large amount of orders, it may be tough to track down an order to make any changes once it is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped. *Changes to addresses that need to be made with the shipping carriers will usually result in a $10 additional charge. This is a cost we are charged by carriers for changes/reroutes, and that charge will be passed on to you. Once packages ship, they are usually tough to cancel. We will gladly credit you the cost of the product (please see information on returns below) if you wish to return the product.
* Please double check the shipping address you enter before saving the order to avoid needing to make address corrections after you submit the order.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned for any reason within 30 days. -Please contact us to obtain return instructions and a Return Authorization number prior to returning your package. Return requests should be made by email.
You are responsible for the cost of having the product(s) shipped back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our end. We will not issue a shipping credit on packages returned to us unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Items may be returned for either an exchange or a product credit. * Items returned to us are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover our packaging and credit card transaction costs.
Warranty Information
Some of our products carry their own extended warranty offered by the manufacturer. Any claims based on manufacturer warranties must be made directly to the manufacturer, and not through Alpine Camping Supply.
Out of Stock Products
While we strive to only sell products on our site that we have inventory for, we may run out of stock on item on occasion before they are shipped. If your order can not be fulfilled, we will notify you be email or phone and will gladly credit you in full for any unshipped products.
Tax:
Sales tax of 7.72% will be added to all orders shipping to the state of Colorado.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.
